Guarantee:
All instruments from our stock list carry as standard 30 day's warranty.
Instruments with defects will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
For added cost we can deliver most instruments with a fresh calibration with
DANAK or ISO traceable certificate. We have cooperation with Bodycote Metech and
R&S. Please ask for price and delivery time. Instruments with new
calibration are
delivered with 60 day's warranty.
Payment and delivery time:
Prepayment by wire transfer to our bank account.
We do also accept cashiers check, but it will have to clear
before shipping and this can take a long time.
We do NOT accept credit card payments for ANY reason.
All instruments from the inventory list can normally ship out immediately after
receiving funds.
We will email an invoice with payment details after receiving
your purchase order.
Shipping:
We ONLY ship UPS prepaid. We DO NOT ship using customers shipping account.
We have volume agreement with UPS and will only charge you 50% of the official
UPS freight prices. You can choose from UPS Express, Express Saver or Standard in EU
countries and UPS Express or Expedited Worldwide.
Delivery to EU customers outside Denmark:
We can ship without VAT if you provide us with a valid CVR/VAT number. To
private people we have to add 25% Danish VAT according to EU regulations.
Delivery Worldwide outside EU countries:
We ship to all countries where we are legally allowed without VAT. All shipments
are marked as "used test equipment", but will be followed by an
invoice with the real purchase price. UPS takes care of import documents and
customs clearance, but you will be responsible for any local import duties and
taxes.
